Overview:
- Work witha team to uncover job opportunities for healthcare providers
- Build anetwork of providers that work with you over your career
- Source,interview and negotiate with providers and healthcare executives for new job opportunities
- Travel toperform onsite assessments of provider practices and healthcare facilities
- Develop customized search strategies with healthcare executives at all levels
- Be theexpert in healthcare trends with customers
Requirements:
- Must be sales driven, disciplined and competitive
- 2+ years of sales experience with proven track record of results
- Inside sales or staffing experience a plus
- Basic computer skills with strong organizational and research skills
- Ability to conceptualize and calculate profit margin
- Must be comfortable speaking with individuals at all levels in an organization
- Ability to travel 2-4 days a month
