Overview:

- Build a network of providers that work with you over your career

- Work with the sourcing department to create leads
- Source, interview and negotiate with healthcare providers for job opportunities
- Experience adventures with the providers you work with
- Dedicated ongoing training to ensure that you are the expert on healthcare trends and your role
- Be the expert in healthcare trends with customers
Requirements:
- Must be sales driven, disciplined and competitive
- 2+ years of sales experience with proven track record of results
- Inside sales or staffing experience a plus
- Basic computer skills with strong organizational and research skills
- Ability to conceptualize and calculate profit margin
- Must be comfortable speaking with individuals at all levels in an organization
