Position Title: Recruiting Representative
Overview:
- Work with a team to uncover job opportunities for physicians
- Build a network of providers that work with you over your career
- Source, interview and negotiate with physicians and healthcare executives for job opportunities
- Travel to perform onsite assessments of physician practices and healthcare facilities
- Develop customized search strategies with healthcare executives at all levels
- Be the expert in healthcare trends with customers
- Dedicated ongoing training to ensure that you are the expert on healthcare trends and your role
Requirements:
- Must be sales driven, disciplined and competitive
- 2+ years of sales experience with proven track record of results
- Inside sales or staffing experience a plus
- Basic computer skills with strong organizational and research skills
- Ability to conceptualize and calculate profit margin
- Must be comfortable speaking with individuals at all levels in an organization
- Ability to travel 2-4 days a month
