Bill Tracewell joined The Delta Companies in April 2001.  Since January 2006, Mr. Tracewell has served as the Vice President of Search for Delta Healthcare Placement and is responsible for all
recruiting operations.  Mr. Tracewell was the first The Delta Companies employee to generate $1 million in gross margin as Search Manager and Search Representative with Delta Physician Placement.

Mr. Tracewell is a Certified Personnel Consultant with the National Association of Personnel Services.  Prior to joining The Delta Companies, Mr. Tracewell worked as a Regional Sales Manager
with Amalie Oil Company, an international petroleum products company.  Mr. Tracewell earned a
BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
