Position Title: Marketing Representative
Overview:
As a Marketing Representative, you will engage healthcare executives to gain an understanding of their specific staffing challenges, provide a client-focused solution and gain commitments to bring the sale to a successful conclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific geographic sales territory
- Initiate new relationships with healthcare facilities and practices for permanent healthcare staffing
- Advance growth of permanent staffing relationship with current clients
- Provide staffing consultation and resources to new and existing clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare specialties and staffing trends
- Negotiate contract terms with clients consistent with team objectives
- Collaborate with recruiters and facilities in filling positions within appropriate profit margin range
- Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize
earning potential - Maintain the integrity of client information in database
- Integrate individual work efforts to meet team objectives and processes
- Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with clients
- Make a minimum of 110 dials per day to accomplish objectives
- Train and mentor other marketing consultants – contribute to the team
Requirements:
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- One year of experience
- College education preferred
