Position Title: Marketing Representative

Overview:

As a Marketing Representative, you are responsible for locating, negotiating and contracting with healthcare facilities in a specific territory on behalf of Delta Locum Tenens.  You will maintain relationships with these clients and will collaborate with the recruiters in placing qualified
candidates to their coverage needs.  In addition, you will negotiate their payment terms to maximize the gross margin for each placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact via the telephone prospective and existing clients to negotiate business regarding locum tenens coverage needs while developing and maintaining communication and
    rapport Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order
    to maximize earning potential
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients
  • Collaborate with recruiters in filling positions within appropriate gross margin range
  • Enter and maintain information within databse
  • Facilitate the placement of physicians/CRNA's into client facilities by matching skill level, licenses, preferences, board status and credentials
  • Oversee privileging team’s completeness of assignment related tasks; travel, housing, payroll, licensing and privileging
  • Follow up with facilities to promote physician/CRNA
  • Integrate individual work efforts to meet team objectives and processes
  • Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with clients
  • Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to accomplish personal and team objectives
  • Train and mentor other marketing consultants
