Position Title: Recruiting Representative
Overview:
The Recruiting Representative is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while identifying and persuading physicians to explore opportunities. Other responsibilities include planning, negotiating and closing
the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and present new and existing leads
- Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize earning potential
- Qualify prospective candidates’ requirements and suitability for client opportunities
- Provide prospective candidates with information on available positions, including job specifics and community details
- Obtain necessary documentation for candidate submission to client facilities such as a CV, references, licensure and certifications
- Obtain candidate references
- Encourage and persuade candidates to interview with contracted opportunities
- Establish and maintain communication and rapport with candidates and clients throughout the entire interview process concluding in a signed agreement
- Coordinate travel options for physician interviews, personal profiles and PIM travel
- Face-to-face meetings with C-levels to consult on their job openings and recruitment process
- Create and design direct mail pieces
- Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with candidates and/or clients
- Make a minimum of 100 dials per day to accomplish objectives
- Travel required 2-4 days per month
Requirements:
- Professional written and oral communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills
- College education required
