In addition to your boss and co-workers providing hands-on training you, you are assigned a sherpa to help you along the path of learning the business and the company in the first weeks. Following your initial on-boarding, the Infusion Institute becomes a clearing house for professional development opportunities, such as wellness seminars, leadership development, and motivation.
