The Infusion Institute, our internal learning program, weaves company orientation, sales training
and professional development into your 90 day on-boarding experience. In addition to your boss
and co-workers providing hands-on training you, you are assigned a sherpa to help you along the path of learning the business and the company in the first weeks. Following your initial
on-boarding, the Infusion Institute becomes a clearing house for professional development opportunities, such as wellness seminars, leadership development, and motivation. Joining The Delta Companies gives you a chance to grow
at the company and as a whole person.
