Jim Fuller joined Delta Physician Placement in 2003 as a recruiter, and currently serves as a Vice President. Jim has over twenty-five years of experience in healthcare as a provider, hospital executive, and in recruitment. Beginning as a respiratory therapist in 1984, Jim then moved into administration with two hospital facilities in North Dakota before starting his career in recruitment. He speaks often on the subject of physician recruitment to organizations such as the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) and various state hospital associations.
Jim received his BS in Healthcare Administration from Kennedy-Western University, has three children, and currently resides in Keller, Texas with wife Deb.
