Marc Bowles joined The Delta Companies in March 2000 and has served as Chief Marketing Officer since July 2006. Marc is responsible for all marketing, advertising, public relations and information technology services of The Delta Companies.
Marc also sponsors Delta’s customer experience program, the Delta Experience Index (or DEi), for which The Delta Companies has earned the Inavero Institute’s Platinum Award for Service Excellence by significantly beating staffing industry benchmarks for customer service.
Marc has been instrumental in leading The Delta Companies to be one of the nation’s fastest-growing and most successful staffing firms, making Staffing Industry Analyst’s “25% Club” of fastest-growing private staffing firms four years running, Inc. Magazine’s list of “Inc. 5000 America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies” two years running and the Dallas Business Journal’s “Dallas 100” fastest-growing private companies list five out of the last six years.
Marc serves as Membership Chair on the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) Board of Directors and speaks nationally on current healthcare topics to industry, professional and state hospital associations.
During his nine-year tenure, Marc has served as Vice President of Search, Director of Search and Search Representative for Delta Physician Placement, the physician permanent placement business unit of The Delta Companies.
Marc earned a BA in Public Relations from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, and currently lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.
