Mike Kohrs joined The Delta Companies in January 2005 and was promoted to start up Delta Flex Travelers in January 2007.  Mr. Kohrs is responsible for establishing processes, operations and business development for the Delta Flex Travelers.  Mr. Kohrs started with The Delta Companies
as Search Manager with Delta Physician Placement.

Prior to joining The Delta Companies, Mr. Kohrs served as President of TimeLine Recruiting and Director of Recruiting for the MHA Group, both national retained physician staffing companies. Mr. Kohrs has 12 years healthcare staffing experience.  Before establishing his career in healthcare staffing, Mr. Kohrs was a General Manager with Marriot and Brinker International.
