Ryan joined The Delta Companies in 2000 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President over the companies' Executive Search practice. "Rhino" originally began as a recruiter with Delta Physician Placement. Before moving into his current role, Ryan spent 5 years as the Chief Talent Officer, where he led the internal people practices for the company. Ryan has also served as Executive Vice President over Delta Physician Placement. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and Physician Recruiting Consultant with the National Association of Personnel Services. He is also a member of:

Ryan earned a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, and currently resides in Flower Mound, Texas, with wife Jennifer and daughter Aubrey.
