Ryan Tipton joined The Delta Companies in 2000 and currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer. "Rhino" originally began as a recruiter with Delta Physician Placement and later held the positions of Search Manager and Executive Vice President. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and Physician Recruiting Consultant with the National Association of Personnel Services. He is also a member of Southern Methodist University’s Human Resources Executive Roundtable, the Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Capital Institute.
Ryan earned a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, and currently resides in Flower Mound, Texas, with wife Jennifer and daughter Aubrey.
