Ryan Tipton joined The Delta Companies in October 2000 and has served as the Chief Talent
Officer since January 2006. Mr. Tipton is responsible for the hiring, education and leadership development programs for all personnel.  In addition to talent development, Mr. Tipton is
responsible for human resource functions, retirement plans, incentive programs and employee relations.  Before his promotion to Chief Talent Officer, Mr. Tipton held positions with The Delta Companies as a Search Manager, Director of Nurse Staffing and a Search Representative.

Mr. Tipton is Certified Personnel Consultant and Physician Recruiting Consultant with the National Association of Personnel Services.  Prior to joining The Delta Companies, Mr. Tipton was a partner
in a regional chain of restaurants.  Mr. Tipton earned a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas in Denton.
