Wes Willard joined The Delta Companies in June 1998 and has served as the Chief Operations Officer since September 2002. Mr. Willard is responsible for the business operations, information systems and risk management. During his nine-year tenure, Mr. Willard has worked as a Director
of Manpower Studies, Consultant and Search Representative for Delta Physician Placement.  In addition, he was instrumental in the creation, growth and subsequent sale of the nurse staffing company with Delta Medical Consulting.

Mr. Willard earned a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from the University of North Texas in Denton.
